Video Jukebox Using Mala
« on: July 06, 2015, 11:31:54 pm »
Hi there everyone,

Been gone for a few years but I'm back working updating my cab and moving to MalaFE from AtomicFE, so far so good - but I hit a snag re-creating something I enjoyed on AtomicFE : playing videos.

I have a collection of Arcade / 8Bit Based music videos and nostalgic intros to TV shows based on Arcade Games (or vice versa) - Stuff like the Airwolf Theme/Intro, Theme Intro to the Dungeon & Dragons cartoon - etc.

I've got those videos setup to be the screen saver, but I'd like a user of my cabinet to be able to go to and choose any video to play.

I've tried setting the video player (with command prompt controls) that I used for AtomicFE (Closemul) as an emulator, but it's not working - any suggestions?

Thanks,

WonderAlex

Awesome - my Spanish is rusty, but I should be able to manage.

Thank you,

Hi there - your tutorial made me realize what I did wrong.

Basically my command line was wrong and my post commands were unnecessary.

Thanks again.
