DM is still lurking around. Last time I saw him here was when he was touting his arcade batch file tool. |

Its typical. --- End quote --- But you ARE defending him here by saying that it wasn't really his fault, it was his illness. His illness here is he is a major narcissist who can't accept being wrong. It IS a mental disorder, but there isn't medication for it and even if there were it still isn't an excuse for his behavior. Even if it is a case where your illness prevents you from being able to control yourself, why blame anyone or anything else other than yourself? Own it, even if you don't like it. And if you CAN do something about it, like take your meds, seek counseling, or just choose to make better decisions, the healthy thing to do is to take responsibility for your actions, not use your condition as a crutch to support your actions. The point I am trying to make is that blaming your problems on everyone or everything else other than yourself (rather than just owning the blame and taking responsibility) is a surefire way to keep repeating the same behavior that gets you in trouble in the first place. In this guy's case, he kept digging himself a hole that eventually caved in on him. This guy deserved what he got, and some people enjoy when justice is served. I don't know this guy, but I can appreciate the results because we all know someone who needs to be slapped by a judge and maybe even thrown in jail so they can wake up and stop believing some of the crap they spew. I only hope that someone as self centered as this guy doesn't have kids or a significant other. |

No offence Saint, as fine a Forum as it is, I think i'd have more important things to do. |

The roles have been reversed for all of us. I'm just warning you that things will get worse before the "normals" wise up and start pushing back. |
