Golden Tee Fore! 2002 - Won't Boot

Hey guys,

Anyone know anything about Golden Tee machines? I recently got a hold of one and when I fire the machine up it gets stuck on "Hard drive detected" which is a few seconds after you turn on the cabinet. I thought maybe the hard drive was bad so I purchased one from an arcade repair shop with a new EPROM as well and it is still getting stuck. I'm assuming at this point it may be the motherboard. Just reaching out to see if anyone knows anything to maybe look for on the board that may need a repair or any tricks to try and get it fired up.
