BadMouth:
Quite chuffed to be done with the dust.

Ceiling tiles and furring strips ripped down, water damage around window fixed,  lumpy misshapen archway ripped out and redone, 80's in-wall air conditioner removed, paneling removed from "accent wall", ceiling light added, sconces added (both on dimmers), drywall smoothed out, new outlets/covers.

I'm chomping at the bit to replace the interior doors and get the floors redone, but have to wait until the main structural beam in the basement is replaced.
Actually I should have waited to do the drywall, but if it cracks when the house is jacked up to install the beam, then it will just be a few small spots to fix and the rest will already be done.  The contractor I have lined up is falling behind on his other jobs and nobody else is available.

Gonna take this Saturday off.  :)
(...and then Sunday start reorganizing the basement for the beam repair)

I'm chuffed that the nti chuff thread is only like 3 pages and this one is in the double digits.

They have fish in Arizona?

That turned out great.  Something about your picture reminds me of the Standing Hampton album cover.
