Dolphin Emulator In Maximus Arcade
« on: March 15, 2015, 05:57:27 pm »
I'm having trouble running dolphin emulator through maximus. When I try to boot it I get the attached error message and the games won't run. Anyone know how to fix this? Thank you.

The error message says you have a \e in your command line. Dolphin understands /e, not \e.

Try going into MaximusArcade's preferences, to the Options tab, then to the Miscellaneous tab under that. Turn on "Show command string before launch"

That will show you the full command line before it runs, and you should be able to see where the problem is.

thank you so much! that fixed it perfectly. Also, I read that I can add /b to get dolphin to skip the loading phase in the beginning. Would I place this before or after /e %file?

Your screenshot shows it after, but it probably doesn't matter.
