Emulaxian Wip: multiple cab's in the 3darcade :-)

Yess....it is now possible to have different cabs at the same time in the 3darcade!
Cabs can be associated by romname, cloneof and a special entry in the gamelist and after an idea by Howard they can be based on any other entry in the gamelist...for example all fighters can share a cabmodel or all using williams.c etc...

Here is a pic with the Emulaxian and Pinball modell, now we need more! ;)
