Orientation exif data on image attachments

Photos attached to posts with orientation exif data being ignored is getting real old. Can BYOAC get this fixed?!

Picture initially looked good to me.  Did you rotate it?

Picture initially looked good to me.  Did you rotate it?

I took another picture with my phone oriented differently to prove that this forum ignores exif data. It took my a second try.

I always kick phone pictures over to imgur first.

No. I am using the actual website and not a 3rd party app. However, the same image attached via a desktop would not prove any different.

He is. if you click the pic its rightside up.

The issue occurs when you rotate a pic to fix it, the thumbnail shows it upside down.
If you're replying to a troll you are part of the problem.
I also need to follow this advice. Ignore or report, don't reply.
