g.robert:
I'm a long time home arcade guy with a designated dark room housing Street Fighter 2 CE, Defender, Area 51 Site 4, Tecken Tag Tournament, Cruisin USA SD, Galaga, Pac Man and KISS pinball. Brand new to the EM pinball with a $200 Stampede that appeared to work fine... Now it won't reset after game completion. It just sits there clicking... Narrowed it down to the 1st number wheel on 1st player not moving back to zero (sticks between 9 and 0). Also after getting the 2nd player to work by wiggling wires at that solenoid, 2nd number wheel from left on 2nd player not moving back to zero (sticks at 8). I can manually move those wheels to 0 and game resets.

Not sure what to do next...Any pinball gurus with the solution??

Ken Layton:
Start here by reading through this:

Now load up your printer with plenty of ink and paper and print it out.

pbj:
Watch the switches when you manually reset the scores.  When they're on 0 they should align a certain way.  Clean the contacts and make sure the switch stack screws are snug.

Fursphere:
And when you do get it working, play that damn thing at least once a week.

EM's that sit develop gremlins.  You need to play them to keep them working.

Id make sure your getting proper power to the coils, and are they dirty (that slider part), if they check out that far most likely they will need to be replaced.
