You may want to pick up the much cooler looking Model 1 Genesis. They also apparently have better all around sound.

Yeah, but then you gotta get that weird tumor-like plastic piece or else it hangs off the side. I think I was the only person that ever actually called Sega and had that part mailed to me.

I am one of the few that prefer the model 2. probably because it's the one I had when I was a kid.
