You still need to use the Action Replay disk with this right? You basically just lose the SD card adapter that goes in the memory card slot with this new adapter?

I still need to up date likes, and will soon, but here is the DC I modded for my brother.
It now has a better power supply, SD card replacement for the DVD drive, a 3D printed drive mount, and a external scaler to HDMI. The power cord it needs has been ordered from Amazon, and I’m hoping to test soon. This was a non working DC so hoping the power fixed it.
