Saving State and Restore State in 2 buttons?

Has anyone got saving state and loading state to work from their cab yet?

I can't come up with a button config that works and isnt' to hard to remember.

I'm considering doing the shift keys on player 4 or something.  But it would be nice.

btw, anyone know about how many games this works with.  I know some don't work well.  Is it enought that I should bother with configing it?

I use ZNes, Gens, Nebula, and other "savestate friendly" emulators and its great to have, but I also included a couple buttons for + and - to save multiple games. Haven't done much with Mame though.

I have two buttons on my CP for "Save" and "Load".

I remapped they keys in MAME to "[" and "]" respectively.  I maped the two buttons on my I-Pac to use these instead of F7 and LeftShift/F7 because I could not seem to program the LeftShiift/F7 combination in the IpacUtil.
