Swearing Filter and emotiocons
« on: December 02, 2014, 11:25:21 am »
Ever since I turned the swearing filter off, I don't get the emoticons.  Is it the theme I'm using?

I don't think so.   :dunno

There's a pulldown menu for smiley sets at the top of the same "look and layout" profile page where you disabled the swearing filter.

If one of those sets doesn't fix it, what theme are you using?

Derp :dizzy:

Well, lets just say that now, it is set to something.  Rather than nothing.

had no idea you could turn the swearing filter off!  ---fudgesicle--- yeah?!

So once again, we find that evil of the past seeps into the present like salad dressing through cheap wax paper, mixing memory and desire.

I still like the swear filter. I think the results are hilarious and add to the conversation. Having said that, I like to test the filter out with more colorful language that I do in real life. ---maternal-smurf---.

The filter is awesome, when I slip up and accidently say something like The smurfs Xiaou2'd a ---Bad words, bad words, whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do when saint censors you?--- cat, the filter tones my post down.

Well, at least you admit it.  I finally turned the filter off and was shocked at how habitually salty your language is.

I like how the swears are still filtered in the quotes.
