So far it looks great!  Do you think the redundancy of the "smashing hammer Mario" on both the CP and the sideart will clash?  (Last I saw you had it on the sideart). Perhaps the jumping Mario on the sideart can balance it out?  I like it on the CP better because of the "action button".

I think, if possible, you should have more barrel shards from the smashed barrel on the CP.

Definitely liking the addition of the girders.   It works, I like how the dark blue stripe gives it depth. Might need something to help out with that towards the top border, but ultimately it looks totally fine now.

Looking good, except for one small thing : The upper right corner of the bezel. It looks like both the girder and Mario's rope are hanging in mid-air. How about moving the girder to the right and extending it to the marquee ? Something like this :

I don't know why, but the Nintendo logo on the bezel looks kinda out-of-place to me. You already have one on the marquee and the CP, that's enough  :)

these prints were like $11 total at my local staples. Well worth it!

+1   I did the same thing with my build. It's nice to know your artwork is gonna look just right before committing to print the final.

For removing rust from nuts and bolts, have you considered using a tumbler with crushed walnut shells?  They work wonders!

Funny you mention that. My buddy reloads his own ammo and I was asking him if I could use it for a few days. I was originally gonna use it for the bolts, but that other night I got bored and just took a few grades of wet/dry sandpaper to them. I'm pretty much done cleaning all the hardware now, and he lives an hour and a half round trip. Might not be worth it. Still debating
