First time building cabinet
« on: August 17, 2018, 06:03:01 pm »
I have no idea what I am doing.

I bought a cabinet kit and am going to build it. If I buy the X-Arcade 2 player complete kit and the trackball kit will they work together in the same cabinet? Do I need to do anything special except screw them in, plug the connectors to the PCB board, plug the USB to my computer and configure MAME to the correct buttons and joystick?

I don’t see the exact diagram for the trackball and the joysticks, but as long as you have the correct things to plug and play it looks like you are good to go.

Are you making the cabinet or control panel wooden parts?
