hogans alley
« on: September 22, 2014, 04:36:11 pm »
Hi I will getting a vs. hogans alley with a working gun and nice monitor soon for 150.00. The cabinet is in decent shape. My question is what do you guys recommend i do, keep it a hogans alley of swap it out for a vs. super mario bros. I know i can run vs. excite bike and vs. super mario on the same broad with a switcher for about 50.00.

not really sure what to do with this cab, never really played hogans but seems like it would get old fast.

thanks, P

I would gut the cab, mount a 17" LCD and 60-in-1.
 ;D just kidding.

That cab should have the gun as well as the two joysticks and buttons, right?

Why not collect vs boards and change them out as you wish.
There's got to be a point where you get sick if super Mario and excite bike.

I actually like hogans alley. But every game gets old.
Good luck

Hogan's Alley is a terrible game in home use.  VS Dr Mario was the only one we enjoyed at all back when I had a VS cabinet.

those are great ideas i was thinking of just swapping out VS. boards. However i know turning into a donkey kong is going to cost a lot of cash but im not sure how easy and cost affective it would be to turn it into a mario bros.
