I have to agree. I've dealt with a lot of vendors in this hobby, and Andy is by far the best. I don't know HOW he can manage to get me packages (via DHL of all people) in 2 days from the UK, and huge, established companies with complicated shipping logistics can't manage 10 day delivery from the UK. I think he lives inside a DHL office, or pays off employees to sneak stuff onto trucks ahead of everyone else. |

On my first order of arcade parts, I ordered from Andy and from 2 vendors in the U.S. I live in Montana, and this is about the last place in the continental U.S. to get packages from just about anywhere. I got my stuff from Ultimarc in 3 days, the rest took 4-7 days to get. I have to laugh though, my last order still arrived in time, but the box looked like a giant had crumpled it into a ball and used it to play soccer.. AND it was soaking wet. Good thing he put a lot of it in plastic bags, because otherwise it would have been waterlogged. If it hadn't gotten here so fast I would have thought that they just threw it in the ocean and let it float over here.. |

It's a nice perk but he has no control over transit times. |

Having received video cards wrapped in paper and stuffed into an oatmeal box almost two weeks after ---smurfing--- ordering, I appreciate Andy's prompt turnaround times. |
