I know these guys have been around a long time and this is probably like pointing out water is wet, but I had a nice experience with Arcadeshop.  Purchased their upright JAMMA multicade cabinet and am totally happy.  Steven handled all my noob-ish + OCD (an insufferable combination) emails and phone conversations, steered me in the right direction, and delivered.  Zero buyer's remorse.

Ordered a Williams Control Panel Trim piece for my Williams bartop cabinet.  Only place to get them as far as I know. 

Steven was great on the phone, prices were very good, shipping was inexpensive and fast.

My only gripe (and it's a tiny one) is the lack of online ordering.  I know this is a hobby for a lot of people though, so I understand why this is.
