Yep, still tons and tons of time for Romo to go deep pickle on Cowboys fans.

I think the Cowboys' best bet this year is for someone to go Mo Lewis on Romo and have his backup finish out the season... worked for the Patriots.

For eight weeks, my black heart felt a small flicker of hope.  There is still time for the inevitable, stop ruining it for me prematurely.

With their OL and Murray not hurt yet, they can continue to win if they stay focused on running the ball.  They've had a couple guys hurt on the OL but have been ok since.

I just checked on their opponents and was surprised to notice they haven't beaten one team that currently has a winning record.  They have only played one team that has a winning record (SF 4-3) and lost.  They are on a run against every team from last year that is surprisingly worse than they should be.

The fortunate part for them is that now they have the actually weak teams.  We're going to see if this team is for real in two weeks against Arizona (who is on a similar run against the dregs of the NFC).

They've added to each teams' woes as they beat them.  They're a good team.  Though with Romo and Dez on my FF team, I'd love to see them air it out repeatedly and bench Murray before he gets hurt.

Brady's just rubbed me wrong ever since that look of disgust when they gave him a Pontiac Aztek.  Not that I blamed him but he just seems like the kind of guy I avoid at all costs.

At least we've beaten teams like the Niners and the Chargers. And we've beaten the dregs of the AFC too, don't forget that.

PBJ - Got the Spurs hat out now that the Yankees and Cowboys are done?   ;D

Romo better not be hurt.  I'm counting on he and Dez in one FF league.

Ugh.  DVRed that one and was finishing it up at 1:30am this morning.  Colt McCoy is a name I never thought I'd hear again and he looked terrified before that game began.  Oh well.

No, that's a legit win.

Better hope Carson Palmer doesn't turn back into a pumpkin soon.  Sometimes I look at that guy and wonder if he's related to Drew Bledsoe.

Been there.

It is funny how anticlimactic the whole thing is, especially when they flash to the studio commentary. One British dude and a random ex-NFL player politely having a chipper discussion about different aspects of the game. It hits climax when they open up the mail bag and comment on various fan letters that they receive.

"Hi Lads!

That was a splendid match between the Cowboys of Arlington and the Cardinals of Arizona. One query, though? Do you forsee Master Romo being out due to ill health for an extended length of time? If so, is there anyone besides Master Weedon in the queue? Well, off to the jacks! Cherrio!"

Pretty darn close.  "Honey, come watch this, I'm not sure these guys know anything about football."  But, hey, if you buy a rebadged GM you get 500 pounds of petrol.

Started off with a Massachusetts FOX feed, which was even worse.  The only thing less interesting that local political commercials are political commercials from another locality.  Vote no on Question 4, though.
