Aside from the ones Howard_Casto listed out, I recently discovered Gaz Guzzlers Extreme on Steam. It works great with FF and a buttkicker. You would want your wheel to have buttons on it so you can shoot/boost during the races. I think it's $25 but I grabbed it when it was on sale for $10. I think it's worth the $25.

Thanks, I'll try out something new on my cab. The newest racing game I've ever tedted is Forza on the original X-box. I've just purchased the bew game, Corsa something, I hope my cab hardware is up to it, cpu is old, gfx card is up-to-date though.

Also something that should be pointed out is a lot of the sega racers that are hard to emulate on lower end PCs got pc ports. They are kind of old and thus you have to look for them, but they are out there.

I've got the Virtua striker 4 triforce game on my pc. Works fine but you need a powerful cpu

Just a little update on the PPSSPP front - Sega Rally Revo now works pretty much perfectly on the latest unofficial builds. Also, there was an issue with Burnout legends where the audio track kept changing every 5 secs (got pretty annoying, pretty quickly) which seems to have been fixed now, along with a graphical bug involving the sky in the background. Also, whilst technically not really something you'd probably play in an arcade racer cab, I'd highly recommend checking out Wipeout Pulse. Graphically it just blows pretty much every other PSP racer out of the water and upscaled on PPSSPP it looks PS3 quality. It's also runs at 60 fps, has a totally amazing soundtrack and plays as good as it looks.
The bloom effects seem to have gone a bit haywire in Ridge Racer 2 in later PPSSPP builds (you can turn them off by turning off buffered rendering, but everything doesn't look quite as shexy...), so if you're a Ridge Racer fan (another great looking PPSSPP racer BTW), it worth holding onto an older build also - v0.9.5 seems good, although the bloom's still a tiny little bit off in it.
Edit: Forgot to mention; I'd also add Ray Tracers for the PS1 to the list. It's made by Taito and is a sort of unofficial follow up to the Chase HQ series with the same bash-the-bad-guys formula, except instead of the baddies driving knock off Lambos and Lotuses it's more like mecha-tanks, Helicopters and Harrier jump jets. It's a bit of an oldie and pre-dates the analog dual shock pads, it's digital controls only, so again might not be ideal in a cab. It is good fun though.
