Arcade cabinet PC question

(Sorry in advance for my poor english)

Hey guys,

First time posting but I've been snooping around for a while now. I've contemplated the idea of building my own arcade for a while now and decided to pull the trigger recently. I have a friend helping me with woodworking stuff so I should be good on that front. But for the inside, I have too many questions to count but I guess I'll the answers I need as I go.

But still, before destroying stuff I put money into I would like to make sure that I won't break them while installing or modifying them. So here are two little questions :

1 - I decided not to not use a case for the PC components (motherboard and all) and directly mount it inside the cabinet. Should I mount the motherboard on something special (metal plate) or simply screw it directly on the case?

2 - I have a LCD screen laying around that I plan to use. Is it safe to remove the bezel to save some depth space?

Thanks in advance!
SpatzST:
Not sure about the LCD, but for the motherboard, I think you just need to put a spacer inbetween the motherboard and your cabinet...
EMDB:
For mounting the motherboard just use feet like these:

Thanks guys. That's exactly what I needed!
BobA:
If you do not want to order PCB feet just use a cut piece of BIC pen and a longer screw to hold the piece of pen between the mount and the pcb.
