I am downloading it now... Will try it when I get home from work.

BTW, have you ever been able to get it to work with WMAs also?

Also, great program!

Thanks,
Jeff

COOL!

I added single button program access to my frontend specifically for Arcade Jukebox!

but of course, I recently deleted 95% of my MP3 since I was out of disk space at home... need another drive!  The only songs on it now are for my 6 year old.... so not the coolest songs out there

Love the program!
Just one question.
Is there any way to add .m3u support to it?

I like the new features, but the keyobard support isn't working.
 ???

I can get the navigtion and select keys to work, but the frame key (looks like 'y' by default) isn't doing anything.  And yes I have vending mode turned off.  They work via the mouse, but even after re-defining the keys it refuses to work otherwise.  Also when I try to have the jukebox scan my harddrive for mp3's it crashes.

Keep up the good work, I know how frustrating bugs can be.  :D

It's a great app, keep up the good work. I really like the logo that disappears when you mouseover it. The spinning CD is gone though! Bummer, I thought that was sweet. Just a couple of suggestions:

More configurable fonts (Font and color in addition to the size). Also, it'd be cool if you could pick the justification of the text (left, center, right).

Make the logo that appears on the right skinnable so we can make our own logos if we want to.

It would be nice if there was a key to skip the currently playing track (sometimes I play an mp3 and just get tired of it). Actually, I just noticed that you had a "Clear Song" button in the last release that did this. Did you get rid of that for simplicity?

Something you might add in the future would be ID3 tag support. You could let the user choose which info is displayed for the song (Some of my mp3 titles are really long or badly titled). ID3 tags would be much cleaner looking.

Good job though, I like it.

Hey Space Cadets,

I was playing with the code for AJ6 and I found a bug that could cause it to crash.  I have fixed it and re-uploaded to my site.  While I was fixing the bug  I modified the program to allow you to use your own custom control panel cover. Just replace the cover.jpg in the "misc" directory with your own jpg.  Sorry to those who have already downloaded.

:o I think I may have found another bug.  I thought that with the last version if you exited the app it would reset your resolution back, but with this one I can only see about 1/4 of my desktop when I esc.  My default res is 1024x768 and my OS is WIN2K.  I definitely like the program.  Keep up the great work.

An update on the not being able to use the frame key bug......  Now it lets you use the frame key (left shift by default) but it won't let you re-define keys... no matter what i assign it to only left shift will work as the frame key.

Also on my machine every time you use the option to scan local harddrives it still crashes?

Keep up the good work,

The newest release will not even play the mp3, the selected title will briefly flash in the now playing window and disapear without even playing it!

I'm having a few of the same problems mentioned by others here.
1.  My screen also doesn't resize if I exit using escape, but it does with the configurable exit.  I'm running Win98SE.
2.  I'm not getting the frame key to work at all.
3.  The mp3's quickly display in the queued list, jump to the currently playing list, and then shuts off.  The mp3 never get's played.

So, I'm still using your earlier release of Arcade Jukebox 6 without the frame key and using "Q" to quit.  I absolutely love the program though, and thanks so much for getting rid of the mouse options when in vend mode.  -Dr. J

And I also think the new arcade jukebox logo on the side is cool.  It gives it a nice touch.
