Can you run Modern Warfare 3 on that graphic card which in Multiplayer, it has lag spikes because there are a lot of people playing it. Campaign has some lag spikes like in Paris Mission where you go down to the sewers where you chase Volk.

Dude, you should have a go at tracking down an older Dolphin build (pre 3.5) and see if you get better performance from it. Also, Mario Kart Arcade GP 2, the Triforce arcade game you need the special Triforce builds of Dolphin to run, is far less demanding to run than the Wii version of Mario Kart. You might find you can run it at a half decent rate.
