Problems with 60 in 1 Arcade Classics Jamma Board

Pages: << < (5/8) > >>

Malenko:

where do ya live? You could try it in someone elses machine. If you were local I'd let you try my board and test out yours. (Delaware)

fatsgt:

Well, I've tried it in two cabs.  I have others I could try it in.  I mean, if it doesn't work in two cabs and dosen't work powered by the molex on a VGA monitor, I doubt its the cab or the voltage in the cab.It was sort of a gimme in a trade so I guess it's no big loss.   I could post some picts of the board if it would help.

Malenko:

you should totally post pix.  All the XXXXin1 boards Ive ever had always required power on the jamma edge even if it was to the molex. I even spliced the power on the hung donkey to feed both

EDIT: Changed X to XXXX to clarify that I had to supply power to both the JAMMA edge and the molex connectors on a 2100 in 1 board, which is PC based, and not a run of the mill 60 in 1

HaRuMaN:

My galaga bartop (60 in 1) I just fed with the molex, not the JAMMA edge and it worked fine.

Malenko:

welllllll, that wont work on the 21XX in 1s, so there
