Cannot load SNES roms through zsnes from MA

I prefer to use snes9x but cannot because there is a .dll missing. I tried installing directX 9c and still the same problem so I had to fall back to zsnes. 

with zsnes i cannot load a rom directly from MA. once i select a rom from the list it just loads zsnes with the menu open for me to select a rom with a mouse and won't just jumps into the rom itself.

any help is appreciated. thnx.

snes9x says missing d3dx9_38.dll file...  I copied it to the windows/system32 folder and would not respond. then i installed directx 9c and still nothing. i hate zsnes.

Just use zsnes and be done with it.  Zsnes works great in MA.
