WORK FOR HIRE: Need art vectorized

I have an IGT S+ slot machine with glass artwork that doesn't match the slot machine game.  I've got 5x pay artwork (3cm, not progressive), and I have a Double Jackpot Haywire game prom and reels (3cm, not progressive).   

I've attempted to acquire the glass for my machine (needs 16" top glass), and I've been unable to find it anywhere.  (note, the one online store (CV) that states they have it, doesn't actually have it).  I'm looking for a quote on vectorizing the artwork for me. 

Due to copyright, I won't post the images I have or have improved here , as IGT is pretty aggressive in getting rid of higher resolution artwork on the web, but I do have some links to examples to look at.

I had someone on another forum measure the glass for me, so here are the dimensions:

TOP GLASS
Outside dims 15" high X 19 1/2" wide
Machine opening 14 1/16" high X 19 3/4" wide
NOTE: In this piece only, the machine frame DOES NOT overlap the glass on the sides;
the glass is narrower than the opening.

REEL GLASS
Outside dims 8 1/4" high X 19 3/8" wide
Machine opening 7 3/4" high X 18 1/2" wide

BELLY GLASS
Outside dims 9 5/8" high X 20 3/8" wide
Machine opening 8 5/8" high X 19 1/2" wide
