This game supposedly doesn't support wheels or pedals, but both Fursphere and I got it working with Logitech wheels.

The buttons appear to be hard coded, so Logitech profiler is necessary to remap them where you like.
The hard coded controls seem to be set up perfectly for a Logitech momo, but need remapped on a G27.
IIRC, I set my wheel rotation pretty narrow (150-180) to make it play better.
Your results may vary.

Damn, I need to get a driving cab back together.  :-\
