Cap Kit lists for Mouser (updated 7/10/15) (now with pics!)

Can someone please verify for me which fuse clips to include in the above list?

I'm not sure of the orientation of the pins on the fuse clips because I don't have a monitor in front of me at the moment.

Electrohome uses the side mount fuse clips.

I went by the Jameco part number listed above, and converted it to the Mouser part number.
