I don't have any of the originals in front of me, but both suggestions are SMD devices.

I'm sure mouser has something, I'm just not having any luck cross referencing anything, and apparently neither is Mouser.
If they were truly obsolete, Bob would (rightfully so) be charging a fortune for them.
