Thanks for the fast replies! I suspect it blew for a really dumb reason, the guy I bought it off of didn't know why it didn't work--so he had wrapped all the fuses in foil. I didn't realize it until I turned it on with a new board and the fuses popped. I'm hoping nothing else is messed up.
So, I have 2 more fuses that I need to check out. I think they're right, but the markings are worn down. To play it safe I'll just buy some new fuses tomorrow. I was anxious and turned it on really quickly--it was a success! Thanks for your help everybody; I'm hoping after putting in the last 2 new fuses this won't happen again. Getting this fast reply really made a difference, though.
