$69 + Shipping for the Standard. This is a rip ( :lol ) considering you can do the same on any smartphone. Most 2600s are toast anyway. Besides its still a PITA to sort though the games on any emulator. |

I didn't have a large number of 2600 games. My favorites over the long term 1982-1990 were Kaboom!, Omega Race, Super Breakout and Chopper Command. |

Besides its still a PITA to sort though the games on any emulator. --- End quote --- My 7800 still works fine (though I haven't been playing it) to me, the 2600 games are still best on a dedicated machine with original controllers. by original controllers, I mean Atari Paddles and Genesis game pads. Main problem to me is that its not as good on my flat screen. |

It was my first "computer"...wrote many a basic program on that puppy. Mom ordered it off the home shopping channel back in 1980 something. IIRC it was about a 250 buck system at the time. Upgraded to an "Apco" computer (Apple ][e clone) a time after. |
