T-Molding.com Issues!
«
on:

Ordered 40 ft. 3/4 inch T-molding from these guys 2 weeks ago and nothing. I've sent 4 emails from 2 separate email accounts but have no response yet.
Anyone know if there is a member here who works for these guys that I can get a hold of?
Aggravating spending 35 bucks and no one can return my emails.

It's cheaper to order from them via Amazon. $45 shipped for 100 feet (like you, I needed around 40). I figure the extra $10 is worth having a pile of it in a box to collect dust. Took them a little longer than expect to get it in the mail, though...

So, might just be a isolated situation with my order, but these slackers finally emailed me back after I sent an email to their Amazon.com account which they referred me back to their original contact page at t-molding.com. I sent them a 7th. email to that page on Thursday morning and still have not received anything from them. I am simply going to see if my bank can get the funds back and I will never buy anything from them again. I'm willing to pay a little more for t molding from a different vendor who actually returns emails of paying customers.

One thing to keep in with these t-molding guys is to ALWAYS get a sample from them first. If they don't offer samples, shop elsewhere.
I've found that many vendors consider dark blue to be purple.
