Arcade Sign - Hobby Lobby
ChadTower:
Well, to pinballjim's point, this is not what arcade signs looked like. Most of them were hand cut and hand painted with artwork much simpler than this thing.

You guys are seriously selling your abilities short around here. I'm all for homemade, I'm all for vintage, and I'll all for modern. I'm not for cheap modern made to look fake vintage. Leave that crap back at TGI Friday's where it belongs.
Enjoy your signs.

I've been to one arcade that wasn't Chuck E Cheese. I can't say I remember seeing a sign.

From what I remember of the Nickelodeon in Des Moines the outside sign was somewhat reminiscent of the Hobby Lobby sign. It had small yellow dots around the perimeter or the sign. This is from memory though. This is one time I wish we had cell phone cameras back in the day. I would love to have some pictures of my old arcade haunts.
