Marquee request...willing to pay

I'm building a 2-players stand up mame cabinet and I'm in desperate need of a photoshopper for my artwork. I can use photoshop, but I'm lacking in the creative department and I would love to see what else someone could come up with using my ideas. My request will be kind of simple and shouldn't take an experienced artist that long to create.

I want to start with the marquee first.  its 24 11/16 by 7 1/8. 

I would like for it to be colorful like the art design on the old school game carts. I would like the title say: Scott's Retrocade

Just for ideas if anyone accepts this, my favorite games are; SMB 3, Super Mario World, Contra, Mike Tyson P.O. Pacman, Donkey Kong Country, Battletoads/Double Dragon, Excitebike, Metroid etc. basically the popular nes and snes games. I don't want it crowded though.
