In a recent post with Menace we were discussing an old bartop that he built WAY back in '04. I wanted to know if he still had it or what it's fate was. You can see that here: http://tinyurl.com/lv9gxgv I have one that I built almost 8yrs ago that is still going strong today. Which is honestly surprising to me (that it still works and that I still have it). And that got me to wondering if any other people had some old machines that they are still clinging too. If you do I would love to see and hear about them. Please post them here! Here is mine: It was the very 1st machine I built and was obviously a learning process. Most of it was free. I just bought a joystick, buttons Tmold and an encoder IIRC. While not very pretty, I was proud of it and my family and I have had many hours of fun with it. The specs are 300mhz cpu 64mb ram DOS mame with Game Launcher as an FE 13" PC CRT de-cased PC speakers de-cased Scrap plywood and fiberboard for the "shell" Paint and $5 worth of Husker stickers that were laying in a drawer. Anybody else care to chime in? |

Ok, have to ask...where are you from? I know I've seen you mention Nebraska in past comments... Omaha? |
| Generic Eric:
I lived in Omaha for about 2.5 years. The local news is crazy about Husker football. That is a lot of stickers for $5. |
