I was thinking the one year anniversary of the driving cab forum should be coming up soon.
Seems I'm a week late.  ;D

Thank you to all the regular contributors who have made this sub-forum worthwhile!

Many cool projects have come about or been hosted here.
Here is to many more!

Thanks to BadMouth for getting us this sub-forum. I hope to start a build thread soon on my twin conversion. Soon as I get the rest of the parts I need. Thanks to everyone who has participated.

If you're replying to a troll you are part of the problem.
I also need to follow this advice. Ignore or report, don't reply.

This is really my favorite sub-forum here... I like how all the information about setting up these cabs is in one place.

It kind of makes me wish there was a similar sub-forum for light-gun cabs.

There could be if there was momentum behind it.  There haven't been a lot of light guns featured on cabinets.  Less that have been strictly guns.

Yeah, I don't think there is enough discussion to warrant a sub-forum.
When work eases up, I'll try to remember to contribute to that wiki.
The main pro for Act Labs guns is missing...they're accurate to within 3 pixels.

I think there might be.  It seems to be one of those deals where getting anything other than a real lightgun on a crt monitor working is a colossal pain in the butt and nobody has 100% figured it out and/or fully documented the process.  I tried to last year, but I got distracted by real world stuff and never got to implement it on my cab.

If you think about it there wasn't a huge amount of driving-specific discussions until this forum started.  It might one of those deals where if you give people the space, they'll use it.
