they would have been better.  Too late now though as I have just got 20 of them, shame, it put me off the Ultimarc stuff in the future.  I can believe how poor quality these things are.

These buttons are made by Industrias Lorenzo who make buttons for Happ and others. They are top quality. They do already have a hole drilled for the wires.
I suspect you have not assembled them correctly. The usual issue is the diffuser not being pressed fully over the LED.

They should be identical in feel to a Happ button as they are identical but only if assembled correctly.

Thanks for you response, They are assembled correctly and the wires go through the whole in the bottom center of the button casing, the issue is routing the wires once the micro switch is in place.  Using the method stated on your website just seems to crush them.  I have since routed them around the edge and seems to be ok now.
