Spy Hunter restoration

Hello, I have a cockpit model that could use a bunch of restoration that I cannot do, who can you recommend to ship it to for this?

I know it would be big bucks, but what if I want a few more built to give to friends or to make money in businesses around town?  Has anybody built them from scratch?
