Here's a photo of Chopper. Do I get $250?

Yup. Got the money waiting for you inside my Ms Pac cabinet.  Come bring some tools, take the money, and install my new monitor.

Sure. What time does my flight from Arizona leave?

I suggest trying to find a helper on Craig's List.  A guy needing help with a MAME cabinet churned me up that way, and I just charged him a case of Shiner to set up his PC.  Put the words arcade and MAME in your listing and you'll probably get someone contacting you.

I am in no way vouching for this guy, but I bet he could help you out for your $300 or put you in touch with someone that can:

Good luck.

Here's another scanline generator.

It's a Dreamcast VGA box with scanline features, but the connection cable can be interchanged with a VGA cable, allowing it to function as a scanline generator for any VGA input source.

It's pricier than the Crafty Mech unit.  It's $60 which includes shipping, add an extra $5 if you want BOTH of the Dreamcast and VGA connection cables.

But this box has a few nifty extra features, selectable via 4 switches :

>>   Scanline On/Off switch.

>>   "Even" or "Odd" scanlines.

>>   Scanline width selection ... "Single" or "Double" width scanlines.

>>   There's a 4th switch (intended for the Dreamcast VGA box functionality) to toggle between RGB video (15khz 480i ), and VGA video (31khz 480p).
