I'm 6'1" and I think I'd be looking up at that screen. :P

Bottom to top is 6'6 and center of the monitor is about 4'4 which seems to be a nice height

Progress has been a little slow and now I'm out of the country for roughly a month.  Working on my CP though

I am just stumbling across this, good looking cab!  What's going in the holes on the sides?  Are you going to put an LCD in it or go all out with the tube?

Sorry about the delay, I've been insanely busy but I'm back at it.  Here are the latest pics from tonight.  I'm still working on my CP and the Hyperspin stuff.  Hopefully I'm about 30 days away from finished.  I think the cab work is mainly finished though.

What do you think?

That glow is nice, both under the cab and in the side

How did I *JUST* now see this build?  This is awesome.  For a monkey with a hammer, you've done an amazing job!

Thanks very much.  It's going a lot slower than I intended but it's coming together.  As soon as I work all the game data out I'll start programming the CP.

Small update…

CP is mostly wired
- LED's are done and working
- all buttons appear to be working
System is loaded with hyper spin and most of my systems and roms appear to be working.

Next steps
Figuring out LEDBlinky
iPac mapping for the buttons
the twister knob
the track ball

Well she's finally alive…. with a decent list of tweaks and fine tuning but all in all it's pretty decent I think.

I'm guessing the process drags down a bit as you work out the kinks?

Thanks very much, I appreciate it.  I have to admit, I was really worried when I started.  I also used your machine as inspiration so thank you very much for your tutorial.
