Good to hear!  I'm expecting to have my artwork ready soon and was hoping for Game on Grafix to print it since they have established mediums and methods for arcade cabs.

Sounds like they're getting the printing done on schedule, but design work may be backed up.

Yeah. I sent them my design, so maybe that has to do with my reasonable turn around.

I have never asked a printer to design anything for me so I can't comment on that.

Quality, materials and accuracy of printing exactly what you send are 100% as always.

Response time and turnaround time are at about 60% and apparently dropping rapidly based on forum posts I've seen.

Communication is at about 5%, as it always has been, and that's even taking into account that it's a home based part time business and adjusting accordingly.  Good luck getting a non automated email or call from Scott.

It's time to move on IMO.   There's still a difference between getting a return call that something didn't ship versus just waiting with your thumb up your butt to find out that it didn't ship.

This is a public forum and I would love to hear from GOG any response or comments about what I have said here.

It seems they try to keep it going but have lost interest, I know Scott has handed over much of the work to his wife (she is very nice).

They do fantastic work but I think it might be time to look elsewhere...

He is on top of things and offers very fair pricing.

Best of luck,

A big thanks goes to DGP (Jason) for putting me onto Brad Bowman.  I uploaded my graphics for him to see on my Google Drive Account, he gave me a quote, I placed the order and yesterday he shipped it out.  How is that for service?  Thanks Brad.  I look forward to getting this (my second) cabinet under way.   :applaud:
