Not too bad..
But, some flaws in actual application. For example:
1) The TV is placed in at a very high level of height. This will lead to neck strain after a session. It will also reduce the experience of immersion.
2) If its the main TV in a living room, its unlikely you will be using it for single player gaming often.. due to others wanting to watch their favorite shows.
3) No seat level stick shifter
4) Is this wireless? If so, then constant battery changes, as well as possible lag. If not, I guess they didnt show the way it connects and gets power. Laptop inside?
5) Only a bass shaker? No stereo or quad speaker Surround sound?
6) No Motion-Chair actuators. heh

7) Price. But thats to be expected when your paying a 1st world society member to hand build a complex part with the utmost care and quality... as well as the expensive racing gear.
At very least, they probably could have mounted an LCD to the reverse of the table top, and that could have allowed use when others were watching TV, with headphones on of course.
Its probably best to have a PC / Laptop internally, to avoid a ton of cable reach issues.
