  • I want to build my own arcade controls!
Hello everyone,

I have a defender cab that has an RCA 19" in it.  I wish I had the model number but I am not there right now.  It had a defender board in it that shot craps and we put a 138 mutligame board in it instead.  I have the positive and negative sync wires together on the sync wire. I can get the monitor to sync by using the bob roberts slanted picture adjustment method.  I adjusted the red pot inside the metal can on the control board. It works well until you shut it off and turn it back on. then you hav to do it again.  What am I missing here? Is this a positive VS negative sync issue?
This game board dosnt seem to have a positive/negative sync jumper or setting. I am not sure if the monitor has a positive or negative sync set.

Any advice or sugestions is greatly apreciated.
