My neighborhood had this once a year put recycling\garbage pickup thing where you put stuff out the day before and in the morning it is all cleaned up service thing. And I was always interested in electronics but being the middle child of 5 boys I never got anything I asked for. I saw electronics and wanted to salvage them.
