Im building my first arcade from scratch and Im trying to salvage what ever parts I can from this cabinet that I got a sweet deal on, as you can see in the pic (a little bit) the marquee light is tied into the power switch with a connecter and then the power switch has its owner connector at the bottom which Im guessing goes to a board or some other connector.....etc. If I want to save this do I strip or take off he wires from the power switch and just tie it into the jamma connector/power supply directly? Also, do I do the same as well to the marquee light? Im trying to go off the jamma wiring diagram but it doesnt say anything about using or not using connectors :dizzy: |

Your marquee light looks like a standard 120V flourescent with starter. It connects to AC not the jamma harness. |

Its tied in to the wires via connector about 7-8 inches down from the switch which is not visible in the photo but it is connected. |

Yes a standard florescent light gets its power from the main power in the cab. |
