Can I stick printed vinyl on the front of my plexi bezels / marquees ?

If I'm not interested in authenticity, only what will look best, it seems to me that I want a matt laminated print on clear vinyl and to stick that on the front of my plexi sheet.

But everything I find talks about fixing the graphics to the back or sandwiching it between sheets.

You've got about a week to put me right before I order my vinyl.

Back of glass would look MUCH better in my opinion.

Usually plexiglass is used because it's transparent and it protects whatever it is you want to see through the plexiglass.  Putting vinyl on top of it seems to defeat the purpose of using plexi.   ???

At any rate, the whole purpose of putting the graphics behind the plexi is to protect it.  It's cheaper/easier to replace scratched up plexi than scratched up vinyl graphics.

I've done it. No issues, looks great.

My Multiwilliams marquee is like that and it looks fine. A lot of Nintendo kit marquees came that way, sticky on the back.

However an extra piece of glass or plexi over the marquee can add a bit of shine and help hide the fact that a homemade marquee isn't exactly the same level of quality as the old silk screened ones.
