Yes permanent...creates a screen printed look that film on the outside does not create. Makes it look like it is factory.

I have a background in graphics so the application wouldn't be an issue. I'm guessing you are doing what we've done in the past for similar projects. I'm guessing you're reverse printing on clear and overlaying it with translucent white? We just don't stock a lot of translucent vinyl and it wouldn't really be cost effective for me to order a full roll or two for a single marquee.
