PS3, PS2, PC, Gamecube, Xbox Steering Wheel Support Games List Project

<< < (2/8) > >>

Fursphere:
Sure.

I've got:
PC
PS3 (G27 supported)
PS2 (G27 supported)
Wii  (no wheel support that I'm aware of, maybe via GameCube interface...  although don't have a GameCube wheel)
Wii U (no wheel support that I'm aware of)

And my brother has an original GameCube still - so if that comes up at all.   Although tracking down a lot of the games could be tricky (and expensive).

We should probably have separate tabs for emulated consoles, like (E)PS2, (E)Wii, etc..  Especially since if you're got the horsepower to emulator the game, wheel support generally get better.

Hmm..  what if you mounted a Wii Mote to a G27 wheel...?  lol    That might actually work....

Well Fed Games:
I've got the Logitech GameCube wheel and all the compatible games if you want me to add that info on the eventual document.

BadMouth:
Oh my, this could get big.  :lol

I'll put together a google spreadsheet tonight, then you guys can critique the columns before we start populating it.

BadMouth:
Here is what I have so far:

I'm expecting a slow day at work tomorrow and will fiddle with making it prettier then.

I'm afraid of getting bogged down in requiring too much info for the PC games, but it would be nice to have a reference for these things.

Comments?

Is it important to add whether or not a game supports 900 degrees of rotation?  (most of them won't)

If a game originally could be played online, but the servers aren't there anymore to connect to, should it still be marked as playable online?

I'm bouncing between stuff at the moment, may work on it some more tonight, may not.

Fursphere:
I would make it super simple, then add a notes column.  Likee four columns.

1) Native Wheel Support - yes/no - (Does the wheel show up in the game options)
2) FFB / Rumble Support - yes/rumble only/no   (this is even subjective and easily confused)
3) Hacked Wheel Support - yes/no  (x360ce, logitech profiler, other crazy method)
4) Notes - free form (probably ties directly into question 3)
