So is the issue that Rick's answer to your questions was not good enough, or that I didn't elaborate on it? Or was it that you feel somehow hurt that I did not personally reach out to you and ask about your interest in a PC before taking a model off the thread, when you only asked for details on the product and showed absolutely zero interest in buying either in the thread or lack of requested PM?

Look, all the joking around from others here aside: It's not my place or "job" to hand-hold anyone through the process of buying something from me. And I wouldn't expect that looking to buy from someone else here. You're either interested or not, plain and simple. I have no problem answering questions, but within reason. I cannot test every emulator/program people want to know if it works or not. The PC specs are listed at the top for a reason. And as Rick so elegantly posted, Google is your friend for more details. I would have responded with the exact details, but he beat me to the punch. Like most others here I have a life outside the thread and couldn't get to that question sooner. Sorry.

But obviously others here were interested enough to PM me, since I had to remove the 7900s off the post from depleting my stock. You snooze you loose. Happens to all of us. But don't go making some snarky comment and think you are doing yourself any favors with me or anyone else. Seriously, are you going to complain to Game Stop when they sell out of PS4s while they didn't take the time to answer all your questions?

I've purchased a 7900 and 19" LCD.  It has been folding in the basement for about a week.  This was the first thing I could think of to test it.  Not that it is the prime candidate for folding.  One of these days I'll try to play some games on it.

Great to hear!  Never thought about folding, but that's as good a test as any I guess.

I also got a dozen more power bricks in recently, so I can get some out quickly to anyone looking to purchase some 7800s. I'm prepping one myself for a dedicated build soon.

Also here to state anyone looking for a 7900 still, I have 3 left willing to sell from supplies. Since these are the last I'm selling of this model prices are $80+Shipping per PC. That's for the PC and power brick, if adding a LCD and stand look at the first post for combo pricing. Any others will be spoken for personal projects, so get these while they last.

If this were CL sure I completely agree. But for here I like to keep most communication within the site for accountability. At the end of the day I guess it doesn't matter since I give my e-mail for paypal transactions.

Major update on my FS/FT thread. Life pulled me away for a while ( http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,143118.msg1484201.html#msg1484201 ) but hopefully I can start getting to some projects in 2015. I also have what I hope is a good deal for anyone looking for equipment:

I’ve been sitting on literally a mountain of equipment that I’ve been poked and prodded at getting rid of. And the aforementioned ‘life outside the hobby’ has been doing a good job at keeping me with little free-time to tackle it.

Well a friend of mine recently came on hard times and his situation finally gave me the fire under my seat to get started. My current home life has me with very little liquid funds of my own, so I’m doing a run of 20-25 PCs steeply discounted so I can drum up funds to help them out. He helps me in getting the ball rolling in selling equipment off so I don’t have to stare at it anymore, and I help him in his current situation.

After the 20-25 I will need to take a break to tackle things back at home. It actually takes more time than most realize to coordinate things like this besides all the work in making sure everyone stays happy. And this first round is really just me helping someone else out. I have another kid due beginning of April so time right now is a hot commodity. But if interest is there I’ll use this experience to make some permanent low prices for anyone who is still in need. I just can’t promise the same price/spec, but I’ll keep it as close to this as possible. By then I’ll also have some exciting additions to give an actual –selection-.

I also updated the –what I’m looking for- section. If I do any trades towards any items it won’t affect the discounted run. That’s purely the charitable side as mentioned before so getting arcade equipment won’t help them, lol. I encourage anyone needing PC equipment besides that run to PM me directly, as I do have other items I’m not ready to make available to everyone until I have more free-time to handle the requests.

These are actually IBM (Lenovo is the new name if I recall). I don't know the exact model # off hand but I can provide that to anyone who needs more details then the specs posted in the main post.

For an office environment, Dells are acceptable, HPs are never acceptable. Lenovos are preferred over Dells though!

I fail to see what is wrong with the question.  Gauntlet Legends is a demanding game and an excellent benchmark of PC performance in this hobby.  I've been able to emulate PacMan and Samurai Showdown for 15 years, I don't need another "good for old games" device.

I'll test it when I get mine. Honestly though, if you put Gauntlet Legends in 15Hz mode its far less demanding.
