I have been following this thread for some time with interest... kinda waiting for you to do a 2 player actually lol.
I have a cousin with a full wood / cabinet shop that owns a large deck CNC that has done flatpack work previously. He is at 400 and 407 - it might be worth your time to have a conversation with him? I mentioned this thread to Ted - he said he would be interested in speaking with you. I am trying to figure out how to pm you this information - let me know if you are interested. No guarantees, but might work out for you somehow?

These are the coolest little cabinets I've ever seen.

Just as an aside, your cabinet is READY and I'm expecting the shipment of parts TODAY! I'll give you a heads up when I'm home, and let you know when you can come by.
