Pinball Controller Project [FINISHED]

(1/3) > >>

GeoMan:
After finishing my Dual Arcade controller (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,132544.0.html), i am moving into making a Pinball Controller using the same type of box as the one in my previous design.

The bottom is almost ready: dual flipper buttons and ball launch are in place.

The next step is to attach the U-HID G accelometer to control the gold-leaf buttons and provide the nudge functions...

GeoMan:
The artwork for the top of my Pinball Controller is ready. Four buttons (2 black, 2 red) will be placed in the position of the white circles.

spoot:
Ooo, I like the artwork.  Had a weird idea....backlighting it.

GeoMan:
Accelometer and USB cable in place. I used epoxy glue as i don't like making holes on the box if it is not absolutely necessary.

GeoMan:
A friend of mine made the holes on the top metal plate and plexi - the company he works with is selling plexi constructions so they have a laser cutting machine. Very convenient for my projects!  ;)

Unfortunately my U-HID G was behaving erratically so i had to wait for a new one to arrive from Andy (thanks Andy for the free replacement!)

In the meantime i laminated the artwork and cut the holes in it so it is ready to be placed between the metal plate and plexi.

My controller is almost ready. It only needs some tests and programming the top buttons using the U-HID software, before i place the final screws.
